In Triple Frontier, Scroggins Aviation Mockup & Effects supplied the Russian-made Mi-8 helicopter for the film. It is shown here on stage placed on a motion base rig (gimbal).
Scroggins made many modifications and fabrication work to the aircraft, including changing the square passenger windows to be round, and also adding a belly door hatch and crew seats. Scroggins also rebuilt the cockpit and gauges to work on command.

Editor Graham Edwards explains how the cinematic scenes were done to create the film Bumblebee and the different companies that built the set pieces to the digital work behind the visual effects. It also covered Scroggins Aviation Mockup & Effects for supplying and fabricating two UH-1H Huey helicopters. Huey serial no. 67-17496 is known as the “wrecker”, and 65-09781 was used for all the closer shots with the cast and motion base rig (Gimbal).
